The DiaSorin Molecular LIAISON® NES FLU A/B, RSV \& COVID-19 real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) assay is intended for use on the DiaSorin LIAISON® NES instrument for the in-vitro qualitative detection and differentiation of nucleic acid from influenza A, influenza B, RSV and SARS-CoV-2 virus from dry nasal swabs (NS) from human patients with signs and symptoms during the acute phase of respiratory tract infection in conjunction with clinical and epidemiological risk factors.

The LIAISON® NES FLU A/B, RSV \& COVID-19 assay is intended for use as an aid in the differential diagnosis of influenza A, influenza B, RSV and SARS-CoV-2 infection in a professional laboratory setting.

Negative results do not preclude influenza A, influenza B, RSV or SARS-CoV-2, infection and should not be used as the sole basis for patient management decisions. The assay is not intended to detect the presence of the influenza C virus.

A Multi-Site Clinical Evaluation of the LIAISON NES FLU A/B, RSV & COVID-19 Assay in Symptomatic Patients

The purpose of the study is to evaluate whether ibuzatrelvir is effective and safe in adults and adolescents with COVID-19 who do not need to be in the hospital but who are at high risk for progression to severe disease. Eligible participants will be randomly assigned (by chance) to receive ibuzatrelvir or matching placebo orally for 5 days. Co-administration of locally available standard of care is allowed. The total duration of the study is around 6 months.

The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, pharmacokinetics (pharmacokinetics helps us understand how the drug is changed and eliminated from your body after you take it), and efficacy (how well a study treatment works in the study) of the study medicine (called nirmatrelvir/ritonavir) for potential treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study vaccine (called COMIRNATY) for the potential prevention of COVID-19. This study is seeking participants who:

1. Are age \<21 years.
2. Have presentation to participating medical center with evaluation in Emergency Room and/or hospitalization.
3. Received either the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or booster dose(s) of COMIRNATY within 7 days of symptom onset.
4. Meet criteria of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention case definition of probable or confirmed myocarditis/pericarditis
5. Are capable of giving signed informed consent/assent (by parents/legal guardians of minors and/or patients), which includes compliance with the requirements and restrictions listed in the Informed Consent/Assent Document and in this protocol OR meets criteria for waiver of consent.

This study will examine the potential long-term effects associated with myocarditis/pericarditis following vaccination with COMIRNATY. The association of myocarditis/pericarditis in participants who received the study vaccine (COMIRNATY) compared with those associated with COVID-19 will also be examined. This will help us determine if COMIRNATY is safe and effective, and if there is a myocarditis/pericarditis association that should be noted. Participants will take part in this study for up to 5 years. During this time, they will receive complete cardiac imaging tests, and have follow up visits per guidance stated in the study protocol.

A Study to Learn About The COVID-19 (Study) Vaccine (Called COMIRNATY) in People That Are Less Than 21 Years Old.

Vaginal infections are a common gynecologic issue and may cause significant symptoms and discomfort for individuals. Point of care tests are used to diagnose infections in the office, with an advantage of quick diagnosis and treatment. Examples of point of care tests are urine pregnancy, rapid strep and COVID-19 tests. This study will enroll persons with vaginal complaints and compare diagnosis and treatment based on usual care to diagnosis and treatment using a Food and Drug Administration-approved point of care test for the diagnosis of vaginitis. The study is being done to better understand diagnosis, treatment, and satisfaction using point of care tests compared to usual care.

Participants will be randomized to one of two study arms:

Arm 1: the healthcare provider will perform their usual evaluation and tests to make the diagnosis and provide treatment, as needed.

Arm 2: the provider will be asked to use the results of the point-of-care test being used in the study to make the diagnosis and provide treatment, as needed.

Regardless of arm, all diagnoses and treatment will be provided through the healthcare provider. All participants will be contacted 2 weeks later to answer a questionnaire related to diagnosis, treatment, current symptoms, and satisfaction with their visit. Medical records related to vaginal complaints, up to 30 days from enrollment, will be reviewed by the study team to obtain information on symptoms, tests performed, results, and treatments prescribed.

The study consists of 4 sub-studies, as follows:

* Sub-study 1 (Randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled study) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of risankizumab versus placebo as maintenance therapy in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease (CD) who responded to intravenous risankizumab induction treatment in Study M16-006 or Study M15-991;
* Sub-study 2 (Randomized, exploratory maintenance study) to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two different dosing regimens for risankizumab as maintenance therapy in participants who responded to induction treatment in Study M16-006 or Study M15-991;
* Sub-study 3 (Open-label, long-term extension study) to evaluate long-term safety of risankizumab in participants who completed Sub-study 1, Sub-study 2, another AbbVie risankizumab Crohn's disease study, or participants who responded to induction treatment in Study M16-006 or Study M15-991 with no final endoscopy due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Additional objectives are to further investigate long-term efficacy and tolerability of risankizumab;
* Sub-study 4 (Open-label On Body Injector (OBI) administration and long-term extension study) to evaluate patient-reported outcomes, efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of risankizumab administered via OBI in participants who are receiving maintenance treatment with risankizumab.
* OL CTE to ensure uninterrupted care in accordance with local regulations until risankizumab is commercially available for participants who completed Sub-study 3, Sub-study 4.
