Enrollment: 70 estimated patients

Sex: All

Volunteers: No Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion criteria

• individuals with acid alpha glucosidase deficiency without obvious symptoms
• parents signed inform consent

Exclusion criteria

• individuals with acid alpha glucosidase deficiency presenting symptoms
