Double-blind, randomized trial comparing a single dose of oral ayahuasca or esketamine in patients with posttraumatic stress disorder.

Enrollment: 10 estimated patients

Sex: All

Ages: 18 to 65 years old

Volunteers: No Healthy Volunteers

• psychiatric and other medical comorbidities
