To compare the mean time of cessation of post-operative shivering after receiving intravenous dexmedetomidine versus tramadol in patients undergoing caesarean delivery under spinal anaesthesia.

  • Pregnant
  • Grade 3 or 4 Shivering

Exclusion criteria

  • Hypothyroidism
  • Known allergies to drugs
