Comparing real to sham treatment.

Inclusion criteria

  • PTSD diagnosis per DSM IV

Exclusion criteria

  • Schizophrenia
  • Bipolar I
  • severe Axis II diagnosis
  • risk factors to convulsions
  • drug / alcohol abuse
