Description:
15 mg of d-amphetamine for first 8 weeks of study and 30 mg for the second 8 weeks
Treatment:
Drug: Dextroamphetamine

30 mg of d-amphetamine for first 8 weeks of study and 60 mg for the second 8 weeks
