Purpose of the study is to characterize the chronic effect of dietary nitrate on vascular function in healthy volunteers with particular emphasis on age-related alterations.

Enrollment: 20 patients

Sex: All

Ages: 55+ years old

Volunteers: Accepts Healthy Volunteers
