About

The study observes the effect of a pre-event massage on the gastrocnemius muscles over the neuromuscular response of the gastrocnemious muscles.

Enrollment: 30 estimated patients

Sex: All

Ages: 18 to 40 years old

Volunteers: Accepts Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Exclusion Criteria:

• Muscle injury in the last two months
• To not understand the study orders
• Suffer a musculoskeletal disorder that doesn't allow the subject to do the study protocol
