Inclusion criteria

  • Age over 65 years old
  • Diagnose of acute kidney injury by e-alert

Exclusion criteria

  • Baseline serum creatinine > 4mg/dL
  • Stage-5 chronic kidney disease or maintenance hemodialysis
  • Kidney transplantation
  • Amputation
