To compare the outcome of laparoscopic pyelolithotomy with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in patients with >3cm renal pelvis stone.

Inclusion criteria

  • Adults with >3cm renal pelvis stone

Exclusion criteria

  • History of previous surgery on the target kidney
  • Active UTI
  • Coagulopathy
