Inclusion criteria

  • patients presented with non valvular AF
  • patients on oral anticoagulant

Exclusion criteria

  • valvular AF
  • Mental illness
  • History of cerebrovascular stroke
  • history of bleeding tendency
  • history of Chronic renal failure
