About

Detect changes in retinal vessel density in the superficial and deep capillary plexuses using OCTA in children with anisometropic amblyopia

Enrollment: 32 patients

Sex: All

Ages: 6 to 12 years old

Volunteers: No Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion criteria

1. Unilateral anisometropia.
2. Refractive error less than -6.00 D and +4.00 D.
3. Age less than 12 years.
4. No previous amblyopia treatments

Exclusion criteria

1. High refractive error. 2. Bilateral amblyopia. 3. Age more than 12 years.

32 participants in 2 patient groups

Amblyopic eye group
