The investigators want to study health effects from omega-3 fatty acids, from fishoil with different quality.

Enrollment: 69 patients

Sex: All

Ages: 18 to 50 years old

Volunteers: Accepts Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion criteria

• Healthy individuals.

Exclusion criteria

• Pregnant women, lactating women, chronic diseases and smoking.
