This study aims to develop and validate the predictive warfarin dosing algorithm for personalized warfarin pharmacotherapy in Korean patients.

Enrollment: 405 patients

Sex: All

Ages: 20+ years old

Volunteers: No Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion criteria

• the patients taking warfarin

Exclusion criteria

• noncompliance
