About

Obese patients will be enrolled from 2006 to 2014. The progression of diabetes mellitus will be observed (if any). Anthropometric and biochemical parameters will be evaluated.

Enrollment: 1,000 estimated patients

Sex: All

Ages: 18 to 90 years old

Volunteers: No Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion criteria

• Obesity (body mass index >/= 30 Kg/m2
• Normal blood glucose (glycemia < 100 mg/dl)

Exclusion criteria
