Ages: 21 to 59 years old

Volunteers: No Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion criteria

• primary care patients with DSM-IV alcohol abuse or dependence

Exclusion criteria

• pregnancy
• suicidality
• alcohol treatment in prior 3 months
