About

The purpose of this study is to determine whether additional Dexmedetomidine to patient controlled analgesia can reduce fentanyl consumption.

Inclusion criteria

  • Elective surgery for colon cancer

Exclusion criteria

  • Liver disease
  • Kidney disease
  • Allergy for study drugs
  • Inability to receive patient controlled analgesia
