The purpose of this observational study is to investigate the prevalence and risk factors of bone degenerative diseases

Enrollment: 850 estimated patients

Sex: All

Ages: 18 to 65 years old

Volunteers: Accepts Healthy Volunteers

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65 years， residents of Beijing city
2. Must demonstrate willingness to participate in the study by signing the written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

1. Subjects who had surgery on disc or knee
2. Pregnent women
