This is a prospective, real-world, single arm, global, multi-centre study to evaluate the effect of timely treatment with mepolizumab (NUCALA) to achieve clinical remission in adult participants with severe asthma with an eosinophilic phenotype (SA-EP).

A Dose Range-Finding Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of Multiple Dose Levels of AZD8630 in Adults With Uncontrolled Asthma at Risk of Exacerbations

The primary objective of the study is to assess the efficacy of high dose and low dose fluticasone propionate (Fp)/albuterol sulfate (ABS) integrated electronic module multidose dry powder inhaler (eMDPI) compared to ABS eMDPI in decreasing severe clinical asthma exacerbation (CAEs).

Secondary Objectives:

To evaluate the efficacy of Fp/ABS compared to ABS and the effect on systemic corticosteroid (SCS) exposure

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of Fp/A BS

The duration for each participant will be a minimum of 28 weeks including 2 weeks of screening, 2-4 weeks of run-in period and a double blind treatment period of minimum 24 weeks, however due to the event-driven nature of this study, the duration may range up to approximately 35 months depending on the timing when the participant was enrolled to the study, and when the study reaches its completion criteria.

A Study to Test if a Fixed-Dose Combination of Fluticasone Propionate/Albuterol Sulfate is Effective in Preventing Asthma Exacerbations

The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of budesonide/albuterol metered-dose inhaler (BDA MDI) with albuterol sulfate metered-dose inhaler (AS MDI), both administered as needed, on the annualized rate of severe asthma exacerbations in adolescents with a documented clinical diagnosis of asthma and at least one severe exacerbation in the prior year.

Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of PT027 Compared With PT007 Administered As Needed in Participants 12 to < 18 Years of Age With Asthma

The purpose of the study is to evaluate effect of benralizumab on structural and lung function changes in severe eosinophilic asthmatics.

Changes will be assessed over 48 week treatment period in patients with persistent symptoms despite standard therapy of inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) plus long acting B2-agonist (LABA) with or without additional controller medication.

Patients who complete treatment will enter 4 weeks follow-up period.

Benralizumab Airway Remodeling Study in Severe Eosinophilic Asthmatics

This research is being done to test if a drug called omalizumab can help people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and allergies.

Each participant will be in the study for about 16 months, including 1-3 months of screening, 12 months of receiving the study drug at a clinic, and a follow-up call one month after your final clinic visit.
